Strong year end for Systemair, Tuesday, June 24th, 2008
The ventilation company, Systemair (owners of Fans & Spares) reports a strong growth for the fourth quarter increasing net sales with 23 percent and operating profit with 32 percent. For the financial year 2007/2008 (May 1st - April 30th). Net sales increased 16% to 257 million GBP and operating profit (EBIT) 22 % to 34 million GBP.

-Acquistion of the ventilation companies Koolclima in Spain and Climaproduct in Italy expands our range of products and strengthens our position in the European market. We are also increasing our efforts on the Asian market and have established a sales company in Australia.
-After the end of the financial year we have acquired companies in Malaysia and in the USA. We now have a total of 12 production facilities in Europe & North America and sales offices in 38 countries.
